Here is what I ended up making with my left over pulled pork: (This list may be empty or may grow as I continue to use the leftovers from my original great adventure making pressure cooked bone in pork rib roasts in the Ninja Foodie XL)

2 lb of pulled pork Plus one more pound in a separate container. 2 quarts of broth with baby carrots and a little bit of extraneous pulled pork. One cup of bone in pork rib roast fat with a little bit of broth... Two cups of Bones and broth...
