Wasabi Pea Crusted Baby Back Ribs

My sister sent me a care package that included a can of wasabi peas. I wondered how that would taste, ground up and rubbed onto baby back ribs. So I embarked on another great adventure to do just that!


First a splash of barbecue sauce and some additional bonus mustard, slathered on the ribs. Then, in the Ninja mixer I ground up a small handful of cheetos, about a quarter cup of wasabi peas, garlic powder and just a dash of cayenne pepper.


Rubbing down the ribs with the sauce and then pouring the grind all over it resulted in quite a mess. Unfortunately, there was far too much sauce on the ribs and I didn't wipe it off before the dry.
