Smoked Salmon

Smoking salmon has to be one of the easiest and most delicious treats.


Smoked salmon dry brine:

1 Cup sea salt

1/2 Cup brown sugar


It's amazing how much moisture is sucked out of fish in a dry brine.


Rinse it, drop it on the smoker at 155° for 2 hours.
