Simple Chicken & Asparagus

Ingredients:

2 - boneless, skinless chicken breast

1 - bushel of asparagus (cut to fit)

Olive Oil cooking spray

Seasoning to taste


Cook Time: 15 minutes


In the Ninja Foodie XL 8qt pot place the bottom rack in. Place the asparagus on it.

Give the asparagus a couple spritz of olive oil and season.

I used salt & black pepper.

Place the top rack on and the chicken breasts on it to taste.

I went with salt, black pepper and a splash of this green lemongrass sriacha I found, while shopping.

Then down with the airfyer lid, set to bake for 15mins and done.

I put a couple pieces of pepper jack on the chicken and some Dijon mustard.

And on the asparagus I put some squeeze sour cream....Boom dinner.

Quick and easy, less than 5 minutes to prep.
