First home cooked meal on Monday with only my stock pot to my name... A single pot, five minute prep, quick and easy meal. lamb stew chunks, rice and fire roasted corn.
1lbs lamb stew chunks
1 small pack of yellow seasoned rice
3/4 cup frozen fire roasted corn
1 jar (1 & 1/2 cups) Tikka masala sauce
1 & 1/2 cup hot tap water
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Heat the oil, sear the lamb, dump in the liquids, dumping the rice and finally dump in the corn. simmer for..........watch the next video... LoL
TWAS DELICIOUS and QUICK and the Lamb was tender. I would cook this cheap and easy Lamb dish again!
