Where I freaked out...and left... Without getting a single item on my grocery list. Literally the first time I haven't gotten the items on my list...
Yes... Seeing this palate o meat...made me...feel... I grabbed it, went straight to the front scanned it at the self checkout, paid, walked out the door with a pallet of meat in hand and proceeded directly home... I now have the meats!!! I figure there's enough marbling in the steak to be easily shredded for pepper and steak sandwiches. The four chicken quarters are going straight onto the smoker, tomorrow. Should be a great chicken and rice dish in my future. The pork thin cut chops are destined to be pounded out and turned into sausage, broccoli and spinach roulades The thin cut chicken breasts are just simply going to turn into fried rice LoL I've been practicing and my fried rice is delicious.
