Frozen Solid Pork Loin

I decided on an easy dinner. Looking in my freezer I saw a pork loin and decided that was the protein I would be having. Next, I decided to try something adventurous, yet only requiring a couple minutes of preparation.


I set the ninja foodie XL on sear and poured in four cups of water, as hot as my tap would go. I seasoned the water with Black Pepper, Paprika, Rosemary and just a splash of Worcestershire Sauce. I then dropped the brick of frozen Pork Loin on to the lower rack, just above the water line, sealed the pressure cooker lid and set it for 1 hour {period} I believe it worked out and was a good Adventure
