I said it before and I'll say it again, I love my ninja foodie XL 6.5 l multi cooker.
I'll try another round with some leftover frozen chicken bits and try and do it all in the foodie. But, for tonight I'm doing the Frozen crispy chicken in the fruity with the air fryer lid down set to 400° for 14 minutes. At the same time I'll stick the biscuits on a sheet pan in the oven set at 425° for 14 minutes.
Biscuit connoisseurs will realize quickly that I use room temperature butter and as you can see the results were more cookie-like biscuits that spread out. they still maintain that biscuit structure and had a great cheese flavor. I also tend to look at a basic recipe and add various things to make it my own. To this basic recipe for biscuit, I added a dash of cayenne pepper, a small squeeze of yellow mustard and just a sprinkle of Herbes de Provence. Herbes de Provence is nothing more than a mixture of basil, time, rosemary, marjoram, lavender flowers, fennel seed and parsley. A little bit just adds that homely cabin-like biscuit flavor.
