Buffalo Chicken Biscuits

I fished out one of the chicken breasts, from my leftover chicken bake and diced it on a board.

After a Quick squeeze of some buffalo sauce from my condiment tray, I mixed it up.


Before I began, I preheated the oven to 425°.

Very quickly laid out biscuits from a tube, put a spoonful of the diced up buffalo chicken on top and set the tray in the oven. Since the chicken was left over from the night before, 20 minutes for the entire sheet tray in the oven.

While I waited I quickly heated up some sour cream in a frying pan and whisked in some cheese. I added a splash of milk to loosen it up a little, along with a dash of Dijon mustard possibly a tablespoon.

Plating was easy, I put biscuits on a plate and smothered it in the sauce.

Definitely sticks to the bones. The tangy zip of the buffalo sauce echoed with the sour cream cheesy sauce. The bottom half of the pallet was biscuit. 👍
