After having dozens of salmon dishes throughout my life I have to admit the air fried salmon produced with the Ninja Foodie XL is one of my most favorite. The hot air sears and seals the outside, making a beautiful crust, while maintaining the internal moisture.
This quick and easy air fried salmon is yummy.
I will say the only downside, as you air fry any fish, all that hot air is going right into your place and it will inevitably become very fishy LoL.
*Protip* you have an extension cord or an outdoor outlet and use it!!! LoL one of the joys of a air fryer is that it's self-contained and easy to move.
There isn't a recipe, simply, basic instructions.
Add fish, lightly salt and pepper and set to broil at 450° f for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, drizzle some honey or any kind of glaze type sauce and then give it another 8 minute round on the air fry setting at 350°.
*Protip* because the ninja foodie XL is a scented and forget it type of apparatus, set yourself a cell phone alarm for 10 minutes and walk away.

Plate it with any side dishes you'd like. The perfectly cook air fried salmon salmon is the star. It comes out with an awesome crispy crust and solid crispy skin, which peels right off with a fork.
